How to Cook Dinakdakan with Mayonnaise

Hi Foodies! Today, I will share a food recipe that you may find exotic! Today, I cooked Dinakdakan! It is a traditional Ilocano dish from the Philippines. It is made from grilled pig's ears and cheeks, yup, you've read it right, the main ingredient is the pig's face that we usually call "maskara". It is mixed with onions, chili, and other spices. The meat is then sliced and formed into small balls or bite-sized pieces before being grilled. It is typically served as an appetizer or a main dish and is often paired with rice and other vegetables.
