How to Cook Mojo Potatoes

    Hi Foodies! You are maybe familiar with mojo potatoes as they were popularized by one of the famous pizza chains, Shakey's. But did you know? Original Mojo potatoes are a traditional Cuban dish made with boiled and mashed potatoes that are mixed with a tangy, citrus-based marinade called "mojo." And today, I am going to share this flavorful appetizer. To make Cuban mojo potatoes you will need these ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Instructions: Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are fork-tender. Drain and mash them. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. A Very Easy Way to Make Healthy Guacamole

Guacamole is a very healthy avocado dip or salad that could help a lot on your diet. It is rich in fiber, potassium and other essential nutrients that keep your body fit and healthy. Cream of Mushroom Soup Ingredients: 2 (7 ounce) cans chopped mushrooms, undrained 2 cups water 2 tablespoons butter 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, or to taste 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) chicken broth 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1 cup heavy cream Chopped parsley for garnish   Directions Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush or damp paper towel.
