A simple and quick way on how to make lasagna for those who have never made it before and would like to try making it.

Tips: Use No-Boil Noodles so they won’t get soggy and will absorb the sauce really well.

Ingredients:

0.3 cups Water
15 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
6 lasagna noodles
0.8 lb. Ground beef
3 cups Prego Traditional Spaghetti

Procedure:

In 10 inch skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.  Spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, heat through, stirring occasionally.
In 2 quart oblong baking dish, spread 1-1/2 cups meat mixture. Top with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees (f) for 45 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  It makes up to 8 servings.

How to Cook Water Spinach(Kangkong) Salad with Salted Egg

Hi Foodies! If you are on a tight budget and looking for a healthy dish. This one is for you! Our main ingredient is Water spinach, also known as kangkong or ong choy, which is a common vegetable in Southeast Asian cuisine and is often considered a "food for the poor" because it is relatively inexpensive and easily accessible, particularly in rural areas. But don't underestimate it! The plant is known for its ability to grow in flooded or waterlogged conditions, making it well-suited to cultivation in low-lying areas and along riverbanks. Additionally, water spinach is highly productive, with a single plant capable of producing a large number of greens. This allows farmers to grow a significant amount of food on a small plot of land. As a result, it is a popular crop among low-income farmers, who can grow it as a source of food for their families and sell it at the market. And lastly, it is a very healthy food that provides a huge amount of nutrients our body ne...

Hi Foodies! Today, I will share with you a very convenient home appliance that will save you time from cooking fried dishes. An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that uses hot air to fry food, typically with little or no oil. The food is placed in a basket or tray and is heated by a heating element and a fan, which blows the hot air around the food. This creates a crispy, fried texture similar to deep-frying but with less oil and fat. Air fryers can be used to cook a wide variety of foods, including chicken, fish, vegetables, and of course French Fries which I love!  Air frying is generally considered to be a healthier alternative to traditional deep-frying. Because food is cooked in hot air instead of oil, it absorbs less oil and fat. This can result in fewer calories and less saturated fat in the finished dish. Additionally, because the food is not submerged in oil, it can have a crispy texture similar to deep-fried food without the added fat. However, it...
